Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days. During busy periods or holidays, this may take a little longer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Entering a correct delivery address is the customer's responsibility.

If an incorrect address has been provided and the order cannot be delivered as a result, additional shipping costs may be charged for re-delivery.

Returns

Due to the hygienic nature of jewelry and to guarantee the quality of our handmade products, we ask customers to handle received items with care.

Products that are visibly worn, damaged, or affected by use (such as perfume, creams, skin contact, or wear and tear) are not eligible for return or refund.
